Actress Heather Locklear entered a plea deal for reckless driving. Reckless driving brings to mind road rage of driving at high speeds. Well what Heather did was park her car on the highway blocking a lane of traffic. Luckily Mrs. Locklear did NOT test positive for alcohol. She did test positive for prescription drugs though! She was issued a $900 fine and probation. She will also be attending driver safety course. So maybe you will be able to rub shoulders with Hollywood elite by going to traffic school.
